Wizards see Muggle technology the same way nondisabled Muggles see assistive technology!

Complete with frequent condescension and a sense of inadequacy if they feel like they end up having to use it, yet sometimes being fascinated by the ‘ingenuity’ it takes to come up with this stuff as a result of limited magical ability.
