Hi, everyone! I’m making a video for the Project for Awesome for The Autistic Self Advocacy Network, and I need your help!

Please submit a picture of you holding a sign with one word or a short phrase (maximum of 4 words) that describes what ASAN means to you!

Example of what I need:

You don’t have to show your face if you don’t want to. If you’re an AAC user, you can submit a screenshot/picture of your AAC device saying the word or phrase.

I want to keep the words/phrases diverse so if there are multiple submissions with the same word/phrase, I will pick the first submission for that word so please be creative if you want to be in the video!

Submissions need to be in by December 12.

Project for Awesome is a really great crowd sourcing charity drive. participants create videos for a organization they want to support, and others vote for the cause they think is important. There’s also a fundraising portion. At the end of the voting period, the money that Project for Awesome raises gets shared between the organizations supported by the top 10 videos. Last year each winning org got $40k+. 

By the way what happened to the video we were supposed to submit stuff to at the same time that writing for the Loud Hands project was due?  I made something and submitted it, but I never saw anything come out of that.
