One of ours would perch by the back door and slap at Max when he tried to sneak past, like the total brat she was. I felt kind of sorry for him, but it was funny to watch.

Fey had to stay at someone’s house for awhile once while I was away.

And.

The woman had a daughter.

And one day she heard her daughter yelling from upstairs, “MOOOOOOOOOOOM!”

And she said “What?”

And her daughter said “I can’t get downstairs.”

And the mother said “What do you mean, of course you can.”

And her daughter said “Fey won’t let me.”

And I completely believe it, knowing Fey.  The daughter was somewhere between 4 and 8 years old.  And Fey has a… way… of claiming what is hers in a very intense way.
