Also I almost threw up in my sleep this afternoon.

Which of course, wearing a bipap, means if risked my life this afternoon.

Not wearing a bipap is risking my life too.

I’m being very careful.

But basically this afternoon I woke up from a dream where I was realistically vomiting and could feel it in my body. And when I woke up I realized that I’d been heaving. And panicked until I realized the liquid in my lungs was the usual phlegm and saliva mix with the bipap. But it was a close one.

I almost threw up this morning too. Drained my stomach just in time. And I aspirated Monday.

I think my stomach is acting up. I think this isn’t good for my lungs. Or my stomach. Or my lungs.

This is how precarious my health is. Never forget that.
