You can tell Irene spent a long time with birds – bird people get a specific kind of posture and body language when they interact with birds, that non-bird people don’t have. They use their noses like beaks. I’ve noticed that as my friend has become a bird person over the years, she does the same thing, it’s very subtle but very obvious to me.
