I video chat with a friend and her cats every Friday.  One of her cats likes me and has learned when the video chat is and will try to get her to chat with me if she forgets.  I meow and purr to him and he rubs his face on the screen.  If he sees a video chat he gets excited, but if it’s not me on the other end he walks off disappointed.

One time she was video chatting with her parents.  Her other cat had lived with her parents and their dog.  And the cat saw the dog on the video chat, and they had a growling/barking/hissing fight over Skype.
