This is a wonderful yarn, I haven’t used it yet but it’s beautiful and I can feel the natural oils still in it.  It’s alpaca wool, and the people who make it and spin it put a picture of which alpaca it comes from, and their names.
The name of the business is Alpacas By the Creek or Yummy Alpaca (not sure which, maybe both), and someone’s selling their yarn here, if you’re interested:

I’m saving this for something special.  Alpaca wool is comparatively expensive, so I can’t buy huge quantities at once.
Each alpaca gives a different color of wool and they put the name (or names) of the alpaca responsible, on the yarn, with a photo.  This one is named Galahad and he appears to give brown wool.  I love knowing the name of the alpaca and what he looks like.
