The psych appointment went okay enough. (And I am typing this one handed while walking home). At the very least, I seem to have avoided saying anything that would have made them worry that I was Even Crazier or something. The doctor seemed fine as psych doctors go. As in, I told her I was nervous…
I’m really really relieved.
My friend says btw that you should warn them ahead of time, “I have white coat syndrome”. They should know what that is. What they do from there on out is anyone’s guess though.
But I’m super relieved that you didn’t have a nightmare.
