Found a pretty good exercise video for seated cardio.

It’s kind of surprising, because it doesn’t feel like you’re doing much, but after awhile it becomes pleasantly exhausting:

I haven’t been able to actually finish the video yet, which is a good sign.  The most I’ve gotten is 13 minutes.  Last night my caregiver tried doing some of it with me and he couldn’t keep up at all.

I still miss the way jumping jacks make me feel, though.  When I do this kind of seated exercise, the feeling creeps up on me.  With jumping jacks or something similar to that you get it right away.  I don’t know exactly what that feeling is, it’s just a sort of invigorated feeling I get when I exercise now.

I can’t even remember a time when I could feel this way after any exercise.  I couldn’t even do “low impact” exercise before.  But now that I can feel this way, I find myself wanting to exercise all the time.  Maybe eventually the novelty will wear off, but for now exercise feels invigorating and exciting.
