Holy crap so apparently, my “loss of flexibility” in my legs was actually more like I’d gained some weight and my leg wouldn’t move past my belly or… something.  When I weighed upwards of 200 pounds I could only stick my foot on top of my head but not behind it. Now that I’ve (involuntarily) lost weight, I can stick my foot completely behind my head like when I was a kid.  And THIS… is why I have to be damn careful with my joints to avoid injuring them.  They’re way too loose.

Funny thing is, when I was a kid, I always heard of what “double jointed” people could do.  And I always went “they’re not double jointed, can do that and I’m not double jointed”.  Joke’s on me.

This is why I thought autism couldn’t be a real thing…

Yeah me too, and also ADD.
