I am never going to get used to this.
Stuff from the forties and fifties, and even sometimes sixties and seventies, being described as ‘period dramas’. Once it reaches the eighties I think I’m going to scream.
See also: Stuff from my childhood playing on 'oldies’ stations. It feels like people are trying harder and harder to push everything further back in the past than it was. I mean I feel old here because of crap like this and I’m only 33.
