OMG I finally finally did well in a chemistry class!

I just finished my final exam.  I got an A on the first section and a C on the second section, so I got a B overall.  Which I think gives me either an A or a B in the entire class as a whole.

This is enormous to me because until now I thought I couldn’t understand chemistry, because I flunked it last time I did it.  The chemistry teacher actually wrote “the situation is not yet hopeless, but it is approaching dire” on my midterm grade.  I managed to pull the grade up from an F to a D- through lab work, but I was hopelessly lost on the theory no matter how much I studied, and I studied more for chemistry than any of my other classes combined.  (I was really pissed off when the teacher wrote that I was probably goofing off rather than studying.  It was just like none of the concepts would go into my head at all.)

So I feel like I’ve finally conquered chemistry.  And it’s also a relief to be done with the class, because it was very hard work the entire time I was in the class.  And a lot of pressure.  But I did it! :D
