This is the other thing I wanted to use as a shawl pin, it’s an ebony miniature wand from Alivan’s.  It goes really well with that bamboo ring. I’m waiting outside my endocrinologist’s office, in my new wheelchair.  I am absurdly excited about showing him I don’t always need a powerchair anymore.
