Wow.

I just went up the stairs all the way to the eleventh floor, worked out on the treadmill for a few minutes, walked all the way to the bottom floor, and then back up to my floor.  So in total I did all the floors.

This has been going on for an awfully long time.  I don’t think I ever had those zillion fatiguing conditions that I’d get diagnosed and undiagnosed with over and over, it must have been the adrenal insufficiency all along, because the dexamethasone is making a lot of things work properly that haven’t worked at all for pretty much my entire adult life.

Not everything, mind you.  There’s still a lot going wrong.  But there’s more going right medically than has, pretty much ever.
