Are there any autism ribbon symbols not from auti$m speaks?

dyspraxic-on-wheels:

Brainstorm for something but I don’t want to accidentally use one of their symbols.

Autism Speaks didn’t think up any autism ribbon symbols.  They themselves took theirs from various Autism Societies around the world.

But ones that autistic people thought up include a rainbow mobius strip and rainbow infinity symbol (which is sometimes also a mobius strip).  The first was thought up by an autistic woman named Camille Clark.  The second was adapted from Camille, probably by Aspies For Freedom or someone associated with them.

Ribbons are a standard awareness symbol (red for AIDS, pink for breast cancer, green for mental illness etc).

i definitely like the idea of a multi-coloured infinity symbol or infinity knot - complete and complex.

You could try the Autistic Society’s ribbon. Or, you could go with ASAN’s rainbow ring thing. Orr.. Maybe the rainbow...
