Now I’m in the waiting room at the front lobby of the hospital.  This is the first time I’ve ever been chair-impaired here.  As in the first time I’ve walked in and had to use their seats because I didn’t have a wheelchair of my own.
I’m just waiting for my case manager to get here so I can register and walk down the looooooong hallway (which never used to matter, in a power chair) to Interventional Radiology.  Luckily, my ride got here the moment I stepped outside, so everything has gone according to plan so far.  Although I feel like touching wood after I say that, fortunately the chair rails are made of it.
I don’t feel too different with the extra dexamethasone in my system.  Hopefully that means it’s working.  If all goes according to plan, I’ll walk out of here later today with a completely clog-free feeding tube.
