I’m going to take note that exploring the ASD,Actually Autistic,Autism, and Aspie tags I always feel much better and less alone.
I wish CT wasn’t so Anti-Autism (and by that I mean they only use autism speaks) I need a support group and I can’t find one here by myself

I believe the Boston ASAN chapter is actually more of a New England chapter? So that could be an option if you have/can access transportation. (You might also luck out and be able to get some car pooling but IDK.)
Also, I know for a fact that there are some RI folks floating around even though they might not be chapter-y? thegreenanole do you have any thing that might help the OP?
My bio dad is in CT, but I…chose not to have him be a significant part of my life.
Is there also AANE? Asperger Association of New England? I don’t know if they’re in CT but I remember meeting with them in Boston. They welcomed me even though I’m about as far from an AS diagnosis as an autistic person can get.
