Lose 70 pounds due to a paralyzed stomach. Get asked how you could possibly have a paralyzed stomach if you’re “so overweight”. Wonder if you have to lose 70 more pounds, probably dying in the process, before Internet bullies will see it as serious.

(Meanwhile, everyone in real life doesn’t ask “why are you so overweight”, but “how did you get so thin so fast?”)
