Solve this puzzle, trolls and bullies:
In order to get food into your body, it goes through your esophagus and stomach.
For whatever reason, someone’s esophagus or stomach does not work. Either they won’t move food along, or they move food backwards, or they do something with the food (like deposit it in the lungs) that will result in death. So the esophagus and stomach have become impossible sites for putting food into the body.
Get food into the person, enough for them to live on, without a feeding tube or TPN.
Oh right… you can’t.
Now how is this scenario changed if the person is fat?

caitatonic answered: FOR REAL THOUGH. Fat people still need to eat, or they die, just like a thin person.
andreashettle answered: I am at a complete loss why some people assume that only thin people get food tubes in the first place.
