Just to celebrate my LACK OF BRAIN TUMOR again:

Technique: MRI of the head specifically targeted for evaluation of the pituitary with dynamics was performed utilizing the following sequences: Coronal and sagittal pre- and post-T1, coronal T2 fat-sat, and post contrast dynamic coronal T1. Postcontrast images were performed after the uneventful intravenous administration of 8 mL of gadolinium contrast.

Findings:     The sella turcica is not enlarged.  The adenohypophysis is normal in size, without abnormal enhancement demonstrated.  The neurohypophysis is normal in appearance.  The infundibulum is normal caliber and midline in position.  The hypothalamus and optic chiasm are unremarkable.  The cavernous carotid flow voids are intact.  No abnormality of the sphenoid sinus is appreciated. A small mucosal retention cyst is present in the floor of the right maxillary sinus.

Impression:   Normal contrast enhanced MRI of the pituitary gland.

Woot!
