From 10, down to 7.
So my normal dose of dexamethasone these days would be 5 mL in the morning, and 2.5 mL at night. Because I’ve had a cold, it had been increased to 10 mL in the morning and 5 mL at night, which is what a doctor had told me to do. And it was working great, but I think when I started to get better, I started needing the higher dose less, and it started doing weirder things to my brain.
So this morning, even though I’m still a little sick, I experimented with taking 7 mL instead of 10 mL. And I think I do feel a lot better than I did yesterday this time, so that’s something.
