(TMI) When you wake up, and you feel what feels like food stuck in the corner of your mouth.

(The back corner, behind some teeth.)

So you spend awhile trying to dislodge it, wondering what the hell it could be.

And it’s your tongue.

And you wouldn’t have food lodged back there anyway because you’re 100% tube-fed.
