I’m keeping Anne’s blanket until the weekend, because the weekend staff person (who crochets) really wants to see the finished product before I send it off.  But I’m struck by how much this blanket already feels like it belongs to Anne.  It wants to be on her couch.  It feels the same way that objects feel when she sends them to me after they’ve been in her house already.  So it’s definitely already her blanket, no matter where it is or whether it’s temporarily staying with me.
