I got mine on eBay and I absolutely love it.  It’s comfortable and large and conspicuous, it doesn’t hide the condition underneath it (I’ve never known EMTs to actually turn over any of my medic-alert bracelets, so having it out in the open was a big selling point for me) I don’t know if they come with the ability to customize though.  I searched specifically for an adrenal insufficiency bracelet and that’s how I found it.  I think there’s other conditions where they have pre-printed bracelets like that.  But if your condition is uncommon, it may be harder to find one in this exact style.  Or maybe they do have ones that are blank and can be custom engraved, I just don’t know one way or the other because this one came printed with “ADRENAL INSUFFICIENCY” in big letters on it.
