If you lived nearby, I would personally find ways to obtain food for you and bring it.  And I would attempt to clean your catbox no matter how gross.  And if I couldn’t do these things I would help find people who could.  And it’s frustrating when people you care about live so far away.  I live near one person and we’ve been able to help each other with everything from food to ass-wiping when necessary, and I wish more people lived near each other who were willing to do whatever it took to help each other.  Because it’s amazing when it does happen, and life-saving, and life-altering, and I might not be here without such people, and it’s not fair that not everyone is living near people who can do something.
