I would just end up lying in bed

It depends on if lying in bed is bad or not.

I used to spend hours just lying in bed with Fey doing nothing.

Or I had a bead maze that I’d take into bed with me and play with.

Sometimes having that kind of break is a good thing.

Sometimes it just means you’ll get stuck.

I don’t know which one is true for you.
