If she doesn’t, it’s because A) it didn’t occur to her, and B) she probably doesn’t have a bank account or a Paypal. I mean… identity shit is going to be awkward. No birth certificate, no social security number, how’s she going to get a bank account?
What she needs to do is charm a human to handle the bureaucracy for her.
Or possibly ask nicely.
