soilrockslove asked: Also, the way I've heard Neutrois used, it's mostly by people who want to physically change their bodies to be "neither" or "neutral" but it may be used differently other places.

Hmm.  Yeah for some reason it was never a word I could apply to myself.

There are ways I physically wish I could change my body, though.  Always have been, at least since puberty, and one thing since before puberty.  But I don’t feel comfortable talking about most of that in public, especially after going through the tags for people without a gender and hearing endless bickering to the effect that you’re “real” if you have body dysphoria and “fake” if you don’t.  Which I guess makes me “real”, but “presumed fake” because I’m not comfortable talking about intimate parts of my body in public, at least not in such a judgmental context. As far as I know, what I want will never come to pass and I have to find a way to live with that.

Although the breast reduction helped in a huge way (and the guy even told me he did the same basic surgical technique he normally uses for FTM top surgery, except he left in a small amount of breast tissue…having lost weight since then, the breast tissue has decreased even more).

But anyway, yeah there’s something about neutrois even the word that feels impenetrable to me.  Like somewhere I probably don’t belong.
