Non-nationalistic tumblr blogs about region/countries are so adorable to me, though. Not only because it’s cool to learn about other places, but also because you have Tumblr, in all it’s raging, galloping, screaming about something new today idiocy, and then someone sets up their own quiet little corner where it’s just “This is where I’m from and here are some pictures, here’s some recipes (when I was a little kid, my grandma made this for me whenever I got sick), here’s info about our history, this is a holiday we celebrate, here is a news article about politics, this is a battle that happened here 240 years ago, here’s a famous landmark, you should visit if you get the chance:))))))))))))) <3”
I love things like that.
I wish I could be a blog like that.
