nicocoer asked: I don't want to take away from the rest of the catatonia post but I wanted to note the lines between things like laying down/sitting up/standing as boundries thingy (not sure If I have the words right) part of autistic catatonia makes so so so much sense to me. I keep explaining it to others in terms of anxiety which isn't quite right, b/c the anxiety involved is when not honoring or easing through those, & sometimes anxiety becomes placeholder word for feeling similar negative I lack words for.

It doesn’t take away from it at all!
