SO this means that

72 or 47.4% had Ravenclaw leanings
54 or 35% had Slytherin leanings
49 or 32.2% had Hufflepuff leanings
19 or 12% had Gryffindor leanings

hmmmm now i wanna figure out what makes us so ravenclaw inclined!!

Um… the tags below are someone else’s that xkit added on. But anyway, I’m not too surprised. But then I wouldn’t have found any particular results surprising on this. Because the different traits of the different Houses are all represented in autistic people, and it’s what you value the most that gets you put into which House.

One thing I find interesting is how few Gryffindors. When normally, everyone seems to want to be a Gryffindor. Maybe that has something to do with social nonconformity? I don’t know.

Ravenclaw inclined I could see just because of the overlap between this particular online segment of the autistic community and nerd/geek culture, which is often very Ravenclaw in nature.

Personally, I’m a Hufflepuff, but I could have been Gryffindor. And going by innate traits alone I could’ve been Ravenclaw, it’s just that I don’t have the right values to value Ravenclaw values above Hufflepuff values. I’m not very cunning or ambitious so I wouldn’t be Slytherin, but I’ve got nothing against Slytherins, it’s just the one house I really am not at all. Anyway I put myself in as Hufflepuff, because I really am hard-core Hufflepuff no matter what way you look at me, for better or worse.
