I didn’t remember until I reposted that other post last night…
…that some of my medical records actually describe me as having a severe and complex neurodevelopmental disability (I remembered that part) that meant my development was so far away from the norm that (by the age of 15) I’d never had the chance to develop a “cohesive personality structure” (I’d forgotten that part).
What does that even mean?
I’m pretty sure this has something to do with that mysterious “other developmental disorder” they kept saying I had. But I can’t figure out how they are saying that I hadn’t developed a personality structure. I know I felt really insulted the first time I read it, though. I’m pretty damn sure I had a personality by the time they knew me.
