Developmental disability or developmentally disabled.  Includes a lot of different disabilities including autism, intellectual disability, cerebral palsy, spina bifida, childhood-onset brain injury or stroke, certain kinds of epilepsy, and a lot of other things.  The main thing being that it starts in childhood and affects a certain number of other things.  It’s sort of an accident of history that a particular cluster of disabilities gets clustered together like that, but it’s also created a specific kind of community and advocacy movement along with it.
