i love how racists say they have an “unpopular opinion” like um no actually your opinion is so popular that there is an entire structure of oppression based around it that controls the entire country cool story

Oppressive people are so used to being the only ones who get to have opinions that even the smallest ounce of dissent makes them feel threatened and outnumbered, and that’s where they get this stupidass idea that they’re some kind of fringe rebel group

Like just one person saying “hey can you not” looks to them like a massive army of hypercritical PC police to them
