are there neurotypicals who wish they had aspergers

I doubt it, given how intent so many of them are on curing us, preventing us or teaching us to pass.

while I haven’t met any NTs who wish they were autistic, I have met some non-autistic neurodivergent folks who wish that they were autistic instead of what their own particular divergence is?

I think I’ve talked to a few over the years.  They usually think that autism makes people interesting, and that they are uninteresting or boring or something because they don’t have any neurological conditions.  (I’m not judging them, I’m just going by what they said.)
