Lorna Wing died on Friday, she was 85 years old.
Whatever else she might have done…
I have to be thankful for her research into autistic catatonia, without which I’d never have been properly diagnosed, or would have been diagnosed much later, with a lot more grief in between then and now.
Rest in peace.
