Denmark just became the first European country to allow legal change of gender without clinical diagnosis or any psychological assessment. No need for medical intervention, surgery or sterilisation. You apply for the legal change to a relevant authority and after six months confirm the change.

Wow.  Now to get it so there’s more than the two genders.
