So before the LNA has come in (which hasn’t happened yet) I’ve got my bipap mask on.  That’s an attempt to promise that I’m going to go to sleep when she’s through with me, and also an attempt to signal to her that I really don’t want to chat.  I don’t know why she isn’t here yet I buzzed her in five minutes ago.
