I will not cease to write about problems in my own life just because other people have worse problems.

I will not wait until I am capable of articulating everyone else’s problems (whether worse than mine or not) before I articulate my own.

(That second part?  You’re stepping all over my language disabilities and that is not cool.  I write what I write when I can write it and tumblr allows me to do that.  I will not allow this to be turned into another place where I have to write academic-like treatises in order to write anything at all.)

All you’re trying to do is win an argument and shut down a discussion at this point.  Nothing is good enough for you, because you aren’t trying to communicate.  You’re just trying to rip things to shreds, and when you find that the thing you were trying to rip to shreds never existed in the first place, you’re finding more things to rip to shreds.

Seriously, go look at the post that sparked this.  It’s amazing and horrible at the same time.  And it’s very hard not to be shaking with rage right now, at some of the assumptions made in it, given, you know, what actual reality looks like.
