Unrelated to my hungry ranting, I like to say ‘a vegetable’ instead of ‘vegetables’ and I like to say ‘fruits’ instead of ‘fruit’
Ha, I do the same thing. And sometimes I say “vegetable matter” or “vegetation” vs. “Vegetables”. :)
