Anonymous asked: For your angry!anon--I've found that if you come from a place where anger is always expressed physically, it can be difficult to make yourself stop expressing anger physically, and a stopgap while you get better at not destroying things or hurting people is to do productive physical things when angry--pulling weeds, chopping ingredients for food, crushing cans for recycling space, stuff like that.

I hadn’t thought of that, but it sounds like a good idea.
