Good news about the tube.

Since everything appears to be working – stuff drains out the g-tube just fine, meds that go into the j-tube take effect, etc – I won’t really have to have the tube checked out anytime soon.  Like I can go in, in a week or two, if I want, just to be sure.  But with no symptoms other than pain at the inner stoma site and some excess mucus and stuff around the outside of the stoma (all of which is explained by having shoved something too large through a too-small hole), there’s no emergency and no need to go anywhere.

Which is fine with me because the only place I feel like going is physical therapy tomorrow.
