Sometimes I feel like I’m a ‘bad autistic’ or something because I have really long hair because a lot of autistic people seem to prefer short hair because they don’t like the feeling of it. But I love the feeling of running it through my fingers and brushing it (when it’s smooth) and stroking it and I do these things all the time. It’s like a lovely portable stim toy. And it’s my main Thing About Me. I am the girl with the really long hair. People usually like my hair and compliment me on it and I like that because people aren’t always positive towards me. But I love my hair and I like feeling it sitting on my back, kind of  heavy, and it keeps me warm too.

I have really long hair too, at least, it’s really long compared to how it used to be (halfway down my back) and I’m trying to grow it as far as it will possibly grow.
