clatterbane: And, talk about quick and easy to eat later. I have no clue how good it might be, but it’s fairly well balanced, GF and shouldn’t require many spoons. Worst case, I can add some extra frozen cooked chicken and adjust the seasoning some. I also decided to go with some cucumber raita. That’s easy enough. I am not totally convinced that size bag would reasonably feed two people, unless they were (a) children, (b) not very hungry, and/or © had at least one other dish to supplement the “meal in a bag”. Maybe a good thing I’m not planning to find out tonight. ;) Is it easier to get South Asian food in ordinary stores in the UK than it is in most parts of the US?  Because here you often have to go to specialty stores and get charged more money for stuff like that, unless you have an Asian market or something nearby.
