squidsqueen: catfishdna: I have been avoiding wearing this dress. I bought it a while ago. When I saw it on eshakti I thought it was really cute and bought it without much thought. The day I received it I liked the print and the colors but then I put it on and I hated it. I hated the way it made me feel. Even alone in my room I felt anxious about wearing this dress. I thought someone like me shouldn’t be wearing a dress like this, the pattern is too loud and bright. Peoples eyes will be drawn to it and then they will see my fat body. I was scared so I hid the dress in my closet for months. I wore it today because I don’t want to be that person anymore. I don’t want to feel  ashamed for existing. I have always been and will always be fat. I cannot waste any more years hating myself or my body. I will not hide myself away to make others more comfortable. This is why I post my ootds. I am going to wear whatever I want to wear and if you have a problem with that well fuck you.  That dress is lovely and you look fantastic!
