Holy crap this guy is obsessed.
The following is his list of crap that he thinks everyone should ask themselves about any autistic person who offers an opinion on anything. Under a read more because it’s long and repetitive and seriously WTF-inducing. Again, ASAN people should pay more attention to this guy than usual because he seems to really dislike you.
“If the advocate’s opinions on something do not correlate to what you know, what you’ve read, or what you’ve have heard, they may be ignorant, pushing an agenda, or both, and they may be dangerous for that reason.”
So… aside from the bizarre nature of most of those questions… is he saying that if an autistic person has opinions you haven’t encountered before, you shouldn’t trust them? Because I don’t even know what to say to that.
He believes that in general autistic people (even “real” ones) aren’t qualified to have opinions on autism. So yes he probably does mean that.
