Being genderless means…
…that when I dress like my father (or any other male relative), I’m not trying to look masculine, nor do I feel masculine, or ‘butch’, or anything else like that. I’m just trying to look like someone I love, and gender doesn’t come into it, at all. Not even on an unconscious sort of level. I literally don’t differentiate by gender when choosing who I want to dress like, it doesn’t occur to me.
