I get so cranky when people knock on my door
I don’t know who they are or what they want but I am already saying NO
Yeah if I know a visitor is coming I am okay with it but I hate surprise door-knocking. Or when the fedex guy shows up and I am not wearing…
“Warning: I will only don pants for packages (and pizza)” is now something I want to carefully engrave on a plaque and hang on my door.

Nobody ever waits long enough for me to get to the door, either. Even if I’m yelling the entire time.
Is it delivery people or all people? I live in a small apartment and I’ve still had delivery people give up and go away before I could reach the door, even though I was sprinting the short distance from my bedroom to the door.
All people. To get to the door I have to get out of bed, grab my feeding pump, strap it on my back, possibly grab my cane, and run to the door. And people never wait.
