Reading _I Witness: History and a Person with a Developmental Disability_.

Just, wow.

I need to get the other books in this series. But they are hard to get.

That is one of his best early books.  The other ones are okay, but I think that one stands up as one of his best books, period.

Is

_I to I: Self Concept and People With Developmental Disabilities_

important to read? I can’t find it for less than $35.

I don’t remember.  I do own a copy, and I find all of his books important to read.  But I can’t make that decision for you, because I don’t remember exactly how important it is to read, and because I don’t know how interested you are in the minutae of how his thinking has evolved over the years.  I don’t know if that’s the only reason I liked that book or if I liked it for more reasons.  But I’m trying to collect all of the “I” books.  I have the sexuality one, the history one, and the one you describe, and I’m trying to get the one other one that’s about parents.  I’ve found it worthwhile to collect everything he’s written, but I can’t say anyone else should or shouldn’t.
