I am fairly certain that the second one is actually echopraxia (which is basically the same as echolalia except with movements). is it like how when I watch TV sometimes I’ll find myself unconsciously imitating characters’ facial expressions?
I’m not sure about the first one. that might be vocal stimming or I guess it could be a kind of echolalia?
I’m sorry I can’t be of more help! I’ll put this in the actuallyautistic tag and see if anyone else can.
It’s called palilalia when you’re repeating your own words over and over.
